Exercise of Options/PDMR Dealing Notification
The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 13 January 2021 that, Mr Gavin Ferrar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company exercised nominal cost options over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 and, on the same day, sold the resulting shares, in part to settle the tax liabilities arising on the exercise, as shown in the table below:
