Director's Interests in Shares - Change in Nominee Shareholder

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML) has been notified that, between 24 and 25 November 2014, the nominee account for the beneficial holdings of ordinary shares of US$0.01 each of the Company ("Shares") in which Robert Cathery, a non-executive Director of the Company has an interest has changed from Smith & Williamson Nominees Limited to Rathbone Nominees Limited.

Mr Cathery's total beneficial interest in the Company's Shares is unaffected by the changes in nominee account and remains at 2,105,254 Shares, representing approximately 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. Of the 2,105,254 Shares, 1,355,254 Shares are held by Mr Cathery, 250,000 Shares are held by Mr Cathery's wife, Elizabeth Cathery and 500,000 Shares are held jointly in the name of Mr Cathery and Elizabeth Cathery in a Family Trust.
