Director Shareholding

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML), was notified on 30 October 2013, that Howard Nicholson, Technical Director of the Company, disposed of his interest in 158,173 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), jointly owned with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), on 30 October 2013 at a price of 160 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Nicholson has an interest in a total of 446,715 Ordinary Shares jointly owned with the EBT, representing approximately 0.5 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
