Cancellation of Unlisted Performance Rights
Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM, the Company) advise the cancellation of 6,000,000 Performance Rights (ASX code: CMTAT). The Performance Rights were granted to Terrativa Minerais SA (Terrativa) under the terms of the December 2016 agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the Para Exploration Package in Brazil. As there is no longer any prospect of the performance conditions being triggered, Terrativa have agreed to the cancellation of the Performance Rights.
The capital structure of the Company following the cancellation of the Performance Rights is shown in the table below.
