Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) (“Centaurus” or “the Company”) advises that its listed options (CTMOB), exercisable at 1 cent each are due to expire on 31 August 2019.

Dear Option Holder

EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS - CTMOB

You are the registered holder of the above mentioned listed options in Centaurus Metals Limited ( CTM ) expiring on 31 August 2019.

These options entitle you to acquire one fully paid ordinary share in the capital of CTM for each option you choose to exercise.
The exercise price of these options is 1 cent each (A$0.01).
The due date for payment is 5.00pm WST on Friday 30 August 2019 ( due date ).
There is no obligation upon the holder to exercise their options, however, if payment is not received by the due date the options will lapse and all rights under the options will cease at that time.
The options will cease to be quoted on ASX from close of trading on Monday 26 August 2019.
The market price of ordinary fully paid shares in CTM on the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) was A$0.01 on 1 August 2019, being the last trading day in CTM prior to the dispatch of this letter.
During the three months preceding the date of this notice the highest market price of ordinary fully paid shares in CTM on ASX was A$0.01 on 2, 5, 24, 30 and 31 July and 1 August 2019, and the lowest market price was A$0.005 on 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 13 May 2019.

If you wish to exercise your options in whole or in part then you must complete an application for shares on exercise of options and forward it together with payment of 1 cent per option exercised to be received no later than 5.00pm AWST on Friday 30 August 2019 to the Company’s share registry:
