REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Centaurus Metals Limited (“Company”) [ASX Code: CTM] requests a voluntary suspension of its securities from ASX, commencing Tuesday 24 February 2015.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The reason for the voluntary suspension is that the Company intends to make a material announcement in relation to the completion of a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The event which will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company expects to be able to release the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above on or before Wednesday 25 February 2015.

5. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
