REVISED RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE
Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) (“Centaurus” or “the Company”) refers to its announcement dated 25 February 2015 in relation to the Company’s proposed Rights Issue and advises that the indicative timetable has been revised as set out below. The Company now expects to lodge a prospectus with both ASIC and ASX tomorrow, Friday 6 March 2015 and it is anticipated that the Rights Issue offer will open on Thursday 19 March 2015.
