REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Centaurus Metals Limited (“Company”) [ASX Code: CTM] requests a voluntary suspension of trading in its securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2 effective immediately pending an announcement by the Company in relation to the completion of a capital raising.

It is expected the voluntary suspension will be lifted on or before Monday 7 April 2014 and that the voluntary suspension will end when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
