CENTAURUS METALS LIMITED (ASX CODE: CTM) CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER PARAGRAPH 7(f)(ii) OF ASIC CLASS ORDER [CO 09/425]

Centaurus Metals Limited ( Company ) will make offers to issue ordinary shares ( Shares ) to eligible shareholders under a Share Purchase Plan, without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Act ). The securities are fully paid ordinary shares and are part of a class of securities quoted on ASX Limited ( ASX ).

The Company gives this notice pursuant to paragraph 7(f)(ii) of ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425].

The shares are to be issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425].

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and

(b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
