NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001
Glengarry Resources Limited ("the Company") hereby gives notice to the ASX as follows:
- On 14 September 2005 the Company allotted the securities described in the Schedule ("the $\mathbf{1}$ . Securities").
- $2.$ The Securities were allotted by the Company without disclosure being given under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001.
- $\mathcal{Z}$ This notice is given under section $708A(5)(e)$ of the Corporations Act 2001.
- $41$ As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
- the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 as they apply to the $\bigoplus$ Company; and
- section 674 of the Corporations Act 2001. $(ii)$
- $5.$ As at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act 2001 in relation to the Company.
SCHEDULE Description of the Securities
23,682,590 ordinary shares fully paid in the capital of the Company issued at an issue price of 4 cents per share.
