CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) (“Centaurus” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Geoff James has resigned as contract Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer due to his other work commitments, with Mr Paul Bridson joining the Company in this role on a consulting basis.

Mr Bridson has worked in the resource sector for over 15 years and has strong accounting and financial skills which will be valuable to the Company as it continues to rebuild its business away from the iron ore sector.

The Board of Centaurus would like to thank Mr James for his service to the Company, which has always been of the highest order.
