CENTAURUS MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) (“Centaurus” or “the Company”) advises that John Westdorp has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary to take up another opportunity in the resource sector.

Experienced resources executive Mr Geoff James has re‐joined Centaurus as Company Secretary/Financial Controller on a consulting basis.

The Board of Centaurus would like to thank Mr Westdorp for his significant contribution to the Company over the past few years and wishes him well with his new position.

“Since joining Centaurus in late 2012, John has worked extremely hard to progress the potential funding arrangements for both of our development‐ready iron ore projects in Brazil, notwithstanding the extremely challenging market conditions which have unfolded in the iron ore sector in this period,” said Centaurus’ Managing Director, Mr Darren Gordon. “We wish him well for the future.”
