RESIGNATION OF NON‐EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Centaurus Metals (ASX Code: CTM ) advises that Ms Sheila Lyons has resigned as a Non‐Executive Director.

Ms Lyons was invited to join the Board last year as nominee of the Company’s second largest shareholder, Liberty Metals & Mining Holdings, LLC (“LMM”). Ms Lyons has recently resigned from her role at LMM to pursue new opportunities in the finance sector in the United States and, as such, believed it appropriate to step down from the Centaurus Board.

Centaurus’ Non‐Executive Chairman, Mr Didier Murcia, said: “LMM has provided, and continues to provide, great support to Centaurus since taking up a 12.8% strategic interest in the Company last year. At the current time LMM does not consider it necessary to put forward a replacement for Ms Lyons though we would certainly consider any future Board nomination from them.

Ms Lyons provided valuable input to the Board during her tenure, particularly in identifying and assessing various sources of finance for the Jambreiro Iron Ore Project. We wish her all the best for her future endeavours.”
