RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Glengarry Resources Limited (ASX Code: GGY) wishes to advise that Mr William Manning has today resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Manning held the position of Non-Executive director of the Company over the last three years and during his tenure helped guide the Company to its current healthy financial position.

Earlier this month Glengarry reported the appointment of Mr Darren Gordon as its New Managing Director and advised that the Company was now looking to leverage off its strong financial position to pursue a near term production asset. Consistent with this and in a desire to preserve as much cash as possible in the short term, Mr Manning agreed that a 5 person Board was no longer appropriate for the Company and offered his resignation.

The remaining 4 person Board has all the requisite skills necessary to pursue the new strategic direction proposed for the Company.

The Board thanks Mr Manning for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
