RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Glengarry Resources Limited wishes to announce the resignation, effective as of today, of Mr Darren Gordon from the position of Non-Executive Director with the Company.
Mr Gordon has advised that he no longer believes he has sufficient time to effectively discharge his duties as a Director of Glengarry as a result of his ongoing work commitments as Chief Financial Officer of an ASX Listed iron ore company.
Mr Gordon joined the Board of Glengarry Resources in March 2006 and he has provided valuable financial and commercial advice to assist in the development of the Company’s revitalised exploration strategy.
The Board of Glengarry Resources does not intend to appoint a replacement Director at this time. Current Directors are Managing Director Mr David Richards, NonExecutive Chairman Mr Keith McKay and Non-Executive Director Mr Bill Manning.
