RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The directors of Glengarry Resources Limited announce that Mr I J Gordon did not seek re-election at the annual general meeting held on 28 November 2005 and has therefore resigned as a director of the company.

Mr Gordon has accepted a full-time executive position with another company and has advised that he no longer has the time to continue as a non-executive director of Glengarry.
