ANNOUNCEMENT APPOINTMENT OF EXPLORATION MANAGER

The directors of Glengarry Resources Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Richards as Exploration Manager of the company.

David is a qualified geologist with a proven track record and many years experience in gold and base metals exploration ranging from project generation and grass roots exploration through to resource definition. David was responsible for the discovery of the Vera/Nancy gold deposit in NE Queensland and the Triple P gold deposit in the Plutonic Greenstone belt of WA and closely associated with the discovery and delineation of the Wallaby gold deposit south of Laverton in WA.

Prior to the takeover of Auriongold Limited, David held the senior positions of Regional Exploration Manager, Australia and Chief Geologist New Projects, Australia.

David's appointment will complement Glengarry's technical team including Tony Alston, Exploration Director and Michael Glasson, Non-Executive Director and Consultant Geologist.
