Date of AGM & Closing Date for Director Nominations

Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its Annual General Meeting (Meeting) will be held on Thursday 28[th] May 2026.

Full details of the agenda for the Meeting, including details of how shareholders can participate in the Meeting, will be set out in the Notice of Meeting (Notice). The Notice will be distributed or made available to shareholders prior to the Meeting.

An item of business at the Meeting will be the re-election of certain directors. In accordance with rule 51.6 of the Company’s Constitution, the Company advises that director nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on Thursday 16th April 2026.
