Date of AGM & Closing Date for Director Nominations
Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 28[th] May 2024 at 10:30 a.m. WST.
Business at the AGM will include the re-election of Mr Mark Hancock who retires in accordance with rule 51.2 of the Constitution and being eligible, offers himself for re-election.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 16[th] April 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
A Notice of Meeting will be issued in due course.
