Notice of Meeting & Closing Date for Director Nominations

Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 26[th] May 2023 May at 10:00 a.m. WST.

Business at the AGM will include the election of Dr Natalia Streltsova who was appointed to the Board in August 2023, and the re-election of Mr Didier Murcia who retires in accordance with rule 51.2 of the Constitution and being eligible, offers himself for re-election.

The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday 14[th] April 2023 at 5:00 p.m.

A Notice of Meeting will be issued in due course.
