Notice of Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 27[th] May at 10:00 a.m. WST.

Business at the AGM will include the re-election of two directors who retire in accordance with rule 51.2 of the Constitution and being eligible, have offered themselves for re-election. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 12[th] April at 5:00 p.m.

A Notice of Meeting will be issued in due course.
