Notice of Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 28[th] May at 10:00 a.m. WST.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of a director. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday 28[th] April at 5:00 p.m.
A Notice of Meeting will be issued in due course.
