Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 30 June 2020, the following awards over ordinary shares of 10 pence in Centaur Media Plc were granted under the Centaur Media Long Term Incentive Plan 2016 to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The awards represent nil-cost options which, to the extent that the awards vest, will ordinarily become exercisable on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued service and to the extent to which the performance conditions set for each award are satisfied.  

This grant of LTIPs has been made at 75% of the normal award allowed for under the Remuneration Policy to reflect the current low level of the share price as a result of Covid-19. Performance conditions will be set within six months once the impact of Covid-19 on the business is clearer.
