In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified on 23 October 2013 that Mr. J.P.E Taylor, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc, had on that date purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP £0.51 per share and will be held in the name of Brewin Nominees Limited

As a result of this transaction Mr. J.P.E Taylor is now interested in 800,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.560% of the issued share capital.
