In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified on 30 May 2013 that Mr. M.H. Kerswell, the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Centaur Media Plc, had on 30 May 2013 purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP £0.33 per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. M.H. Kerswell's holdings in the Company are as follows:
