In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the total number of issued ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") is 151,410,226 as at 30 September 2019.

The Company holds 6,964,613 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company for the purposes of the DTR is therefore 144,445,613.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
