Extension of Existing Banking Facility

Centaur is pleased to announce that it has extended its existing banking facility with Lloyds Bank PLC and National Westminster Bank PLC.  The facility provides total committed funding of £25m for a further three years until November 2021, with two extension options of one year each.

Commenting on the extended facility, Swag Mukerji, CFO, said: "We are delighted to have renewed our existing banking facility on favourable terms. This renewal is reflective of the strong relationship we enjoy with our lenders, and demonstrates their belief in the underlying strength of our business."
