New directorship declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R, Centaur Media plc announces that William Eccleshare, Senior Independent Director of the Company, will be appointed to the Board of Great Portland Estates plc ("GPE") as a Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate with effect from 1 May 2025.  William will succeed GPE's current Chair from the conclusion of its 2025 Annual General Meeting in July 2025.

The Company further confirms that William ceased to be a director of Britvic plc ("Britvic"), where he was Senior Independent Director, on 16 January 2025. This related to Britvic's delisting from the London Stock Exchange on 20 January 2025, following its acquisition by Carlsberg Group.
