Centaur Media Plc, an international provider of business information, training and specialist consultancy, notes today's announcement from Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. ("Clear Channel") that William Eccleshare will transition to a new role as Executive Vice Chairman on January 1, 2022.

Mr Eccleshare, 65, continues as Centaur's senior independent director. He has been a non-executive director of Centaur since July 2016 and is a member of the Board's remuneration and nomination committees.
