Director Acquisition of Shares

Centamin was today advised pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R, by Mr K Tomlinson, a director of the Company, that he acquired 24,400 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 May 2014 at an average price of 60.65 pence per share.  The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange.

The total shareholding for Mr Tomlinson is 24,400 ordinary shares or 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
