In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mark Arnesen, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and an executive director of Regal Resources Limited, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:RER), with effect from 12 August 2016.
