PRESS RELEASE

CENSOF HOLDINGS BERHAD ACHIEVES HIGHEST PROFITABILITY IN FOUR YEARS WITH 115.2% SURGE IN PROFIT AFTER TAXATION

Kuala Lumpur, Thursday, 21st May 2026 - Censof Holdings Berhad (“Censof” or “the Group”) announces its financial results for the fourth quarter (“4QFY2026”) and full financial year ended 31 March 2026 (“FY2026”). Positioning itself as a cornerstone of Malaysia’s rapidly evolving digital economy, Censof delivered a high-impact performance marked by substantial year-on-year (“YoY”) growth across all key profitability metrics.

The full-year results for FY2026 reflect a period of successful strategic fortification and operational stability. The Group reported a consolidated revenue of RM109.73 million for the year ended 31 March 2026, representing an 8.4% increase from the preceding financial year. This growth at the top line was mirrored by a Gross Profit of RM40.5 million, which provided the operational leverage necessary to significantly expand the Group’s bottom-line margins. The Profit After Taxation (“PAT”) for the year reached RM8.0 million, a transformative 115.2% leap from the RM3.7 million achieved in FY2025.

The strategic significance of these figures is most evident in the Group’s ability to convert operational efficiency into shareholder value. The 157.8% increase in PAT attributable to Owners of the Company—reaching RM6.9 million—indicates a sharp refinement in the Group’s profitability mix. This performance directly enhanced the Group’s valuation metrics, with Earnings Per Share (“EPS”) rising from 0.49 sen to 1.25 sen. This annual success was underpinned by a primary catalyst in the fourth quarter, where an exceptional performance provided the momentum for a significant year-end re-rating of the Group’s financial health.

4QFY2026 is critical in establishing the trajectory for the upcoming year. For FY2026, Censof reported revenue of RM28.7 million, a 34.3% increase over the RM21.4 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit Before Taxation (“PBT”) for the quarter soared by 348.0% to RM5.4 million. This quarterly outperformance was primarily driven by the Financial Management Solution – Government (FMS-G) segment, which registered 57.0% YoY growth. Key contributors included the delivery of a new project for the development of a one-stop centre for KPKT contributing RM4.5 million, a new licence subscription for the DBKL project contributing RM1.9 million, price revisions for existing SAGA maintenance contracts amounting to RM1.4 million, and additional revenue of RM0.80 million from new maintenance contracts covering 18 sites.

This shift toward recurring, maintenance-related income has materially enhanced the Group’s overall profitability mix. While segments such as Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) and Digital Technology (DT) saw marginal declines due to high base effects—stemming from

significant project milestones in the previous year (such as the Silverlake and Bank Syariah Indonesia projects)—the underlying strength of the recurring revenue base provides a stabilised foundation. This transition reduces cyclical dependency and ensures a more predictable earnings stream as the Group enters the new financial year.

"FY2026 represents a pivotal milestone in Censof's journey toward becoming the digital backbone of Malaysia's public and private sectors," said Ameer Shaik Mydin, Group Managing Director of Censof. "We are effectively future-proofing our business model. Our robust recurring revenue base provides us with the visibility required to scale, while our strategic alignment with national e-invoicing and AI mandates ensures we remain an indispensable partner in Malaysia's digital transformation. Our focus remains on sustaining this operational efficiency while leveraging our healthy balance sheet to capture emerging opportunities in the broader digital economy."

This solid financial foundation supports the Group's ability to pursue new opportunities in emerging technologies. With Budget 2026 prioritizing Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, and quantum computing through initiatives like the Malaysia Digital Acceleration Grant, Censof is well-positioned to fund the research and development necessary to integrate these technologies into its core financial software suite. This financial resilience enables the Group to look toward future growth with a high degree of earnings visibility and capital agility.
