Damit macht die am Neuen Markt notierte Gesellschaft den entscheidenden Schritt zum global agierenden Systemhaus. L&H, seit über zehn Jahren im Markt aktiv, gilt als einer der führenden Anbieter von Engineering- Lösungen in Nordamerika. Mit insgesamt rund 160 Mitarbeitern erwartetet das Unternehmen in 2000 einen Umsatz von zirka 16 Millionen EUR. Neben dem Hauptsitz in Montreal befinden sich weitere Niederlassungen in Toronto, Charlotte, Detroit und Mexiko City. Zum internationalen Kundenkreis von L&H gehören namhafte Unternehmen wie Boeing, Bombardier, DaimlerChrysler, Honda, Ferrari und Hyundai. Diese Akquisition ist der wesentliche Baustein in der Internationalisierungsstrategie der CENIT AG Systemhaus und eröffnet ihr den Zugang zum nordamerikanischen Markt. This is another decisive step in CENIT’s drive to become a global player. L&H, which has been present in the North American market for over ten years, is one of the leading providers of engineering solutions. With some 160 employees, the company estimates sales of approximately EUR 16 million in 2000. Besides its headquarters in Montreal, it has branches in Toronto, Charlotte, Detroit and Mexico City. Its customers around the world include renowned enterprises like Boeing, Bombardier, DaimlerChrysler, Honda, Ferrari, and Hyundai. This acquisition is the essential element in CENIT’s globalisation strategy and gives it access to the North American market. What is more, the company will expand its portfolio with L&H products, including web- based software tools for engineering process improvement. “We will begin with our common activities in CAD/CAM solutions for which L&H is the ideal partner.
