Wallberg Invest S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us on January 22,
2014 according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on January 16, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 3,51% (this corresponds to 293939 voting rights).

FAS S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us on January 22, 2014
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the voting rights on January 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3,51%
(this corresponds to 293939 voting rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1, the voting rights attributed to FAS S.A. are
held via Wallberg Invest S.A. whose share of the voting rights amounts to
3% or more.

Mr. Marcel Ernzer, Luxembourg has informed us on January 22, 2014 according
to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting
rights on January 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3,51% (this
corresponds to 293939 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1, the voting rights attributed to him are held via the
following enterprises whose share of the voting rights amounts to 3% or
more: Wallberg Invest S.A. and FAS S.A..
