has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG Systemhaus, Stuttgart, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005407100, WKN: 540710, have fallen below the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on February 16, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.53% (this
