Street, Großbritannien has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG Systemhaus,
Stuttgart, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005407100, WKN: 540710, have exceeded the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 12, 2007 and now amount to 3.29%
(this corresponds to 275106 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.29% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 275106 Voting Rights) is to be
