Adjustment announcement to our Voting Rights Announcement of August 15th
2007

On August 14th, 2007 CENIT AG received the following Voting Rights
Announcement according to Article 21 Section 1, Artickle 22 Section 1 Line
1 No. 6 of the WpHG from Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft, Frankfurt am
Main, Germany:

Dear Sirs,

we hereby announce according to Article 21 Section 1, Article 22 Section 1
Line 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, that the proportion of our voting rights für
CENIT AG Systemhaus, Industriestrasse 52-54, 70565 Stuttgart, Germany
(ISIN: DE0005407100) has exceeded the 3% threshold as of August 14th, 2007.
As of this date, the proporation of voting rights is 3.14% (262.785 voting
rights).
We hold 0.30% (25.000 voting rights) directly and according to Article 22
Section 1 Line 1 No. 6 of the WpHG (special funds), 2.84 (237.785 voting
rights) are attributed to us.
