Trading Update Q3 2025 Conference Call for investors and analysts

Cenergy Holdings S.A. (the "Company") announces that following the publication of its Q3 2025 Trading Update on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, the Company will host a teleconference on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 15:00 Eastern European Time to present and discuss the Company's Q3 2025 Financial Results. Participation to the teleconference will be available via Live Video Webcast. The conference call details are presented below:
