Change in financial calendar

Cenergy Holdings (the "Company") announces that the Company's press release for Q3 2024 trading update will be published on Monday, November 18th, 2024, instead of Thursday, November 21st, 2024, as previously announced.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results with investors and analysts on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024, instead of Friday, November 22nd, 2024, as previously announced. Conference call details will be provided in due course.
