Forced sale of fractional balances of transferable securities

Cenergy Holdings (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces to the investment community that, following the approval by the Athens Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "ATHEX") of the Company's application to sell shares that resulted from fractional balances, in accordance with the provisions of par. 4, article 7 of Law 4569/2018, as now in force, and article 2.3.13.2.2.2 of the ATHEX Rulebook, the Company will proceed with the forced sale of 1,161 shares.

The said shares (fractional balances) will be sold during the period from 27/1/2025 until 26/2/2025.

"NBG SECURITIES" is the member of ATHEX that has been appointed to carry out the forced sale.

Upon completion of the forced sale of the shares, the Company will inform the investment community about the results of the forced sale, as well as the payment to the beneficiaries of the proceeds of the forced sale.
