This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we have submitted the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, on August 7, 2024 after conclusion of the Board meeting of the Company, within the stipulated time.

We would like to inform you that, inadvertently, the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors were submitted without mentioning UDINs in respect of the abovementioned unaudited financial results. Therefore, we would like to re-submit the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 alongwith Limited Review Reports with UDINs, to regularize compliance.
