Cambian announces that on 7 July 2017, Mr Jeremy Wiles, Group Business Development Director of the Company, exercised 59,259 awards granted for nil consideration on 10th April 2014 under the Cambian Group plc IPO Continuation Option Plan No 1 and sold 28,201 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 170p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Wiles holds 35,201 Shares (0.19 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).

The Company also announces that on the same day, Mr David Turner, Group Property Director of the Company, exercised 14,815 awards granted for nil consideration on 10th April 2014 under the Cambian Group plc IPO Continuation Option Plan No 1 and sold 14,815 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 169.75p per Share.  Mr Turner holds zero shares in the Company's issued share capital.
