CAPITAL INCREASE WITH THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

Three former employees have given instructions that they wish to exercise a total of 16,049,911 warrants. Therefore, the board of directors has decided to effect the necessary capital increase for the exercise of warrants.

Subject to the capital increase related to the exercise of warrants the share capital of the company is increased by nominally DKK 320,998.22 in total at a subscription price of 0.281 from nominally DKK 10,562,293.14 in total to nominally DKK 10,883,281.36 in total divided into shares of nominally DKK 0.02.

On 8 November 2016, the newly issued shares are expected to be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ Copenhagen A/S in ISIN code for the existing shares of Cemat A/S (DK0010271584).
