Warrant programme – updated Articles of Association
Following stock exchange Announcement no. 07/15 of 27 April 2015, Topsil hereby
announces that the final number of warrants issued by the company’s Board of
Directors at the board meeting of 27 April 2015, according to the authorization
provided by Sections 3.5 and 3.4 of the Articles of Association, amounts to
13,552,071 for the subscription of up to 13,552,071 shares with a nominal value
of DKK 0.25 each. For a further description reference is made to stock exchange
announcement No. 07/15.

The amendment of the Articles of Association entailed by the issue of warrants
has today been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. The
new Articles of Association are attached to this announcement and are also
available on Topsil’s website www.topsil.com.
