Copenhagen, 2015-01-05 15:59 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Topsil and one of its
major customers today signed an agreement for a two-year extension of the
current long term agreement on sales of float zone wafers until and including
2017.

In order to further build upon their good cooperation, Topsil and its customer
have concluded an agreement which amongst others entails that the customer will
meet its agreed purchase commitment which it has not been capable of meeting
throughout the original contract period due to the current state of the market.
As part of the agreement, the customer will contribute to cover the cash
related effect of the extension.

The agreement will not have any impact on the expectations for 2014.
