Next silicon wafer generation submitted for customer qualification

Topsil has just submitted the first 200 mm diameter NTD silicon wafers for
qualification with one of the company's major contract customers. Due to the
duration of the qualification process, the new 200 mm NTD product is not
expected to be a significant revenue contributor in 2013.

The product submission will be in line with the company's previously announced
expectations.
