ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 29 OF THE DANISH SECURITIES TRADING ACT
In accordance with section 29 of the Securities Trading Act, we have been informed that as of today Symmetry Holding ApS, Company reg. No. 35056467, owns 24.5m shares, and their 100% owned subsidiary Symmetry Invest ApS owns 2.0m shares in Cemat.
Together they own 26.5m shares corresponding to more than 5% of the share capital.
Symmetry Holding ApS will report this to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
