Announcement pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act

In accordance with section 29 of the Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce
that

Eivind Dam Jensen has reduced his portfolio of shares in Cemat A/S to the
effect that his shareholding no longer exceeds 5% of the share capital of Cemat
A/S, and

A/S Eivind Dam Jensen has increased its portfolio of shares in Cemat A/S to the
effect that the company’s shareholding exceeds 10% of the share capital of
Cemat A/S.

These changes have been completed by transaction between the two parties, which
are related.

The transaction consist of 8,487,973 shares at a price of DKK 0.323 per share
and is subject to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and will be
reported to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority according to the rules
pertaining thereto.
