Change of Topsil Management

Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S today made an agreement with Member of the
Management Board, Logistics, Sales and Marketing Director, Jørgen Bødker that
he will step down from his position in the company.

Jørgen Bødker was appointed Sales Director in Topsil in 2002 and has since then
contributed to a positive development of Topsil, especially concerning the
establishment of stronger customer and supplier partnerships during the high
growth years. We wish to thank Jørgen for his contribution to Topsil over the
past years.

In recent times, however, the market for ultra-pure silicon has been
challenged. On the basis of its new facilities and new and improved products, a
unique possibility to strengthen Topsil’s market position in a more competitive
environment has emerged, a market displaying a promising outlook. For this task
other sales management skills are required.

At the same time, Topsil is pleased to announce the employment of Michael Lisby
Jensen as new Sales Director starting Monday 1st September 2014. Michael Lisby
Jensen has a proven international sales management background and has achieved
significant sales results not least on more competitive BtB markets. In
continuation of the employment, Michael is expected to become a member of
Topsil’s Management Board.

Jørgen Bødker will assist to ensure an effective transfer of his tasks in
Topsil until he will leave the company, no later than by the end of October
2014.
