In response to a newspaper article which appeared in the West Australian newspaper on 26 May 2004, View Resources Limited ("Company") confirms that it is in negotiations with Newmont Australia Limited ("Newmont") regarding the potential acquisition of the Bronzewing gold mine.
The Company will make a further announcement upon conclusion of the negotiations with Newmont.
